Big-Ass Sandwiches to Represent Portland at SF Street Food Festival

The community at Food Carts Portland voted, and Big-Ass Sandwiches will be representing The City of Roses at La Cocina's Third Annual San Francisco Street Food Festival on August 20 in San Francisco's Mission District. The festival, which precedes the Second Annual National Street Food Conference on August 21-22 (OK, that's confusing) at Fort Mason, will play host to vendors representing seven cities (including our own) from across the United States. Garnering 905 of the 2666 votes cast, the purveyor of stuffed sandwiches beat out second-place Euro-Trash by almost double.

Check out the full lineup of invitees here.

  1. What other vendors will be attending? Can you post?

  2. La Cocina hasn't released a vendor list yet, but it looks like Ingrid's Lunchbox from Madison, WI was asked to attend. Rest assured that we'll let you know as soon as we find out!
