Changes Afoot for Hugh Schick

Three recent social media posts from Chef Hugh Schick point to a bit of a shakeup in the works. Posting to Facebook, the Executive Chef and designer of le truc thanks the customers and indicates that he will be stepping down day-to-day operations at the school bus eatery.

Then a bit later on Twitter:
It's official.... I am, uh, .....done, let's say, with le truc.... still an owner / "stepping away" from daily operations to run brewtruc.
Less than half an hour later, he hints, also via tweet, at a future direction: "800-pound grilla," which is apparently a mesquite grill married to a Nash Metro. The wheels on the bus, if nothing else, go round and round.
