SFoodie tells of a new hangout for food trucks in San Francisco across from the Transbay development, known as Truck Stop. Set between First Street and Fremont in an alleyway also owned by the 450 Mission St. building owners, Truck Stop will host three trucks every weekday for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM. Today's first service is from Curry Up Now, Brass Knuckle, and Kara's Cupcakes.
In addition to many of the trucks that are already familiar to mobile diners in the city, be on the lookout for some unfamiliar grills, such as fusion sandwich maker HiYaaa! and cream puffery Pacific Puffs, both beginning this Wednesday.
