SodaCraft has been operating its own stall on Thursdays at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market since June but sharing a booth with Hapa Ramen on Tuesday market days. It looks like the bird is finally ready to leave the nest, as Inside Scoop reports that Jesse Friedman and company will be setting up their stall alongside Hapa Ramen on Tuesdays starting October 11. And that's not all, as Humphry Slocombe and Wise Sons Deli will also be joining the Tuesday lineup with stands of their own.
SodaCraft and Humphry Slocombe have a history of collaboration together. The SodaCraft stand launch in June featured an Xtra Dry Ginger Ale and McEvoy Ranch Olive Oil Ice Cream float, and they'll look to have other successful pairings for sale now that they'll be neighbors.
Humphrey Slocombe will offer many of their shop favorites, including Secret Breakfast and Blue Bottle Coffee, along with a rotation of seasonal varieties. There will also be popsicles and half-pints for sale.
Even though SodaCraft and Hapa Ramen will no longer be in the same booth, customers will still be able to pay for a ramen and soda at Hapa Ramen using a token system.
Not only will Evan Bloom and Leo Beckerman of Wise Sons will be serving up their delicious Jewish fare at this regular weekly spot, but Inside Scoop also notes that the pair have finally found a permanent residence for the deli in the former El Tonayense spot at 24th and Shotwell in the Mission. The farmers market stand will continue to operate even after the storefront opens in early 2012.
The SodaCraft and Wise Sons Deli stands go live at the Ferry Building on Tuesday, October 11, with Humphry Slocombe following the week after, on October 18.
